Over 3,000 of you have weighed in on our annaul preparations.  We have something uniquely planned just for you.  We are going to do it bigger and better in 2009.  We hope you will join us in 2009.  We will always leave you something that empowers you to reach your full potential and purpose.  We are taking care of our own on Step at a time!  Come to Virginia and enjoy the beaches, amusement parks, historical landmarks, shopping and much more. Last but not least bring your dance shoes because we want to see you on the dance floor. We hope to see you here....

Seven Cities Steppers welcomes you to our official website.

Our name comes from the border cities in our area: Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, Virginia.  We offer beginning Steppin instructions for individuals, groups and private lessons.  Steppin is a wonderful way to reduce stress, meet new people and enhance your social calendar.  

We hope that you will take time to stop in and visit us soon.

Where:  Langley Air Force Base, Virginia

Time:  6pm - 7pm Beginners only

7pm-9pm Open Dancing

Cost:  $10 per person (3 hours)

Lessons learned:  beginning basics, social dance techinques, culture and philosophy

Active Duty members:  FREE
